I hope this letter finds you well. My name is Brandon Leppo, owner of Courtside Unit 47. I have been proud owner of Courtside Villas since 2016. My family and I love spending time in HHI. We try to make an effort to get down there at least 4-6 weeks per year or more! I know you probably enjoy all the amenities HHI has to offer.
Well to the purpose of this letter. We are trying to gather information from all the owners as a collective group. There are a small group (~20 or so) of us looking to increase transparency amongst each other and create a community so we all can share exciting updates, voice concerns, and come together as one collective group. In the spirt of this, we have created a survey and would love for you. Please take the time to fill out (5-10 mins of your time). If you don’t feel comfortable sharing your identity, you can just submit the information anonymously.
Our main goal is to create a judgment free community for owners to share ideas amongst each other. We are also looking at proposing some new objectives keeping all the owners updated on operational and capital (reserve replacement fund) expenditures. If you feel this is not necessary, and are happy with the way things are currently run, we ask you to still submit a survey explaining your satisfaction. We still want to hear from you!
We will be starting a monthly call (coming soon) to hear from the owners and get to know one another. Please let us know if you would like to join that too!
